Srilankaprogram.com is owned by Compassion International Lanka.  SriLankaprogram.com is a training platform, so the information collected is primarily about how you interact with the content on the website.  This is for your own records as well as helping our training teams provide the most relevant training materials.  We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.

What do we collect on SriLankaprogram.com, and why?

  • If you create an account on our website, we track what you have viewed and downloaded, as well as the courses you have taken.  We use this information to show you your own history of what you have viewed and courses you have taken.  We also use it to help us figure out what content is useful, and what content should be removed or updated.  We perform this processing in order to provide the service of training and with your consent.
  • If you are part of an organization that has an official partnership with Compassion International Lanka, courses you take can possibly help with trainings you are required to take based on your role.  The website stores your course participation information for you and your Compassion International Lanka’s training team.
